On the basis of “Armhydroenergostroy” “Arpa-Sevan Construction” State Enterprise was established within “Hydrospecial Construction” Trust of the USSR by the order N8 of the Minister of Energy and Electrification of the USSR. |

Pursuant to the decree №38 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia “On the Approval of Decisions of the State Committee on Privatization and Denationalization” the “Arpa-Sevan Construction” SE has been reorganized into “Arpa-Sevan” Closed Joint Stock Company (CJSC) since 01.02.1995. |

Pursuant to the decree №531 of the Government of the Republic of Armenia “Arpa-Sevan” Closed Joint Stock Company was reorganized into “Arpa-Sevan” Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC). |

“Arpa-Sevan” OJSC started issuing stocks. |

“Arpa-Sevan” OJSC established a subsidiary enterprise “Arpa-Sevan Project” CJSC. |
