General Assembly of Shareholders
1. The General meeting of the shareholders is the supreme body of management of the Company.
2. The notification of the meeting is announced in the «Republic of Armenia» daily newspaper is stored on the website at least 21 days prior to the meeting.
3. The meeting is held at the main office of the Cоmpany at 20 V. Vagharyshyan Str, Yerevan, Armenia.
4. Those who have the right to participate in the meeting are provided with the following documents
- Company’s annual report
- The audit and the supervision committee reports for annual financial activities by the auditor
- Information on candidates to the Supervising Committee
- The drafts of issues to be discussed at the General Meeting of the Shareholders.
5. Those who have the right to participate in the meeting should either participate personally or authorize a delegate.
