The purpose of the construction works is to reconstruct the Kaghtsrashen II level water reservoir, Avshar-Aygevan village, Armashy district, Arasapi district, Jrashen-Azat I degree water removal canals and Rehabilitation of the rehabilitated canal will result in the improvement of the canals’ technical condition, reduction of filtration losses as possible, improving water management in irrigation systems, decreasing exploitation and maintenance costs, increasing irrigated land at the expense of saved electricity
